Shipping and Delivery

Where is my package coming from?

Packages may come from a number of locations throughout the USA and from China.  The item itself determines where the package comes from.  If you want more details on where an item is coming from, please contact us and we can provide you with more details.

How long will my product take to ship?

Shipping information can be found in the product  description.  Please note, there may be an additional processing time of up to 7 days, however it is infrequent that it takes this long.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, once the package has shipped and a tracking number has been created, you will receive an order update with this information.

Will multiple items be delivered together?

If multiple items are ordered at the same time, they may or may not be shipped together based on where they come from and if this is an option.  If items are shipped separately, you will recieve separate tracking numbers for each item.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind and the item has not yet shipped, we can offer cancellation.  Once the item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.  We can still offer a return after the item is received, please see the return policy.

Can I return an item?

Yes! We want to ensure you are happy with your item.  If you are not happy with it, you are welcome to return it within 30 days.  Please see more information in the return policy.

Can I exchange an item?

If there was damage or a defect with the item, we will be happy to help you initiate and carry out an exchange.  Please contact us for further instructions.
